Delete Your Acornio Account

Open Acornio and go to Account & settings, then choose Delete account permanently.

We will ask you to reauthenticate and type DELETE before the deletion request is submitted.

The account is locked immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day recovery window.

Permanent account deletion removes live account-owned data after the recovery window, including sign-in methods, profiles, observations, clues, summaries, relationships, notification preferences, push tokens, sessions, and account-level data.

Removing a log or profile is different. Those correction-style actions archive an item from product views; permanent account deletion is an account-level erasure request.

During the 7-day recovery window, signing in shows the pending deletion status only.

Choose Keep my account before the scheduled deletion date if you want to cancel the request.

After final deletion, signing in again with the same provider creates a fresh account because the previous linked identities have been removed.

Backups are not restored for normal product use after deletion and expire on the established backup schedule.

We may retain limited operational, legal, or security records where required, and we minimise or redact personal data in those records where practical.
